Aboriginal Housing Victoria (AHV) needed a Communications Strategy and Planning document for their staff to follow and clearly articulate the key messages for all the relevant stakeholders. They also required a printed report and booklets for their Summit that reflected the branding of VAHHF and AHV, combining the two brands into a recognisable visual identity.
WHAT WE DID
We ran an inputs session with their key staff to understand the organisation’s strengths and weaknesses, the opportunities and barriers, and their immediate and long-term goals. We then turned this into a working document for the staff, Board and CEO that included short and long term challenges and solutions along with a communications matrix for use in advocacy, external and internal communications.
