The Brief

The NSW/ACT Covid lockdown of July-October 2021 placed enormous strain on frontline retail, fastfood and warehouse workers. Not only were they working around the clock to meet increased demand, they were having to deal with customer’s bad behaviour.

WHAT WE DID

We were tasked with creating a positive campaign which framed retail workers as the ‘unsung heroes’ of lockdown, to both the public, and potential members of the SDA.
